Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic design experience in B2B or tech environments.
• Editorial design mastery for multi-page formats.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Creative Cloud, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating B2B tech campaigns.
• Excellent client communication and autonomous work style.
• Ability to align hours with North American Eastern Time.
• Own workstation and licenses for required tools.

Responsibilities

• Editorial & collateral layout for ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, and decks.
• Build and maintain document templates and style systems.
• Design digital and print assets for integrated campaigns.
• Create data-driven visuals and technical illustrations.
• Provide strategic design guidance in client meetings.
• Collaborate with account managers and designers to deliver assets on deadlines.
• Maintain brand governance and production quality.
