Job summary

DeepLearning.AI in Mountain View, California is seeking a Product Manager (B2B) to own the product experience for our enterprise customers and to translate business needs into a clear product roadmap for corporate learners and their sponsors.

You will collaborate with the B2B team to deliver analytics, reporting, and learning paths, while prototyping new ideas to validate product-market fit in a fast-paced AI education environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and feature delivery for DeepLearning.AI’s corporate training offering.
• Partner closely with enterprise sales, engineering and customer success to understand the needs of our business customers – learning platform, analytics and reporting, learner success goals.
• Translate enterprise customer requirements (e.g. learning analytics dashboards, usage reporting, custom learning paths, LMS integration, data privacy/security needs etc.) into clear product specs for engineering and design.
• Build prototypes to quickly validate product ideas and test product market fit; create code/design handoff artifacts to engineering for productionized implementation.
• Support enterprise sales cycles when needed — join customer calls, scope custom requests, and represent the product roadmap to prospective and existing B2B accounts.
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with engineering, design, and the curriculum product team to ship features that serve enterprise buyers and learners, as well as B2C learners.
