Job Summary

A technician capable of diagnosing and repairing most systems of the automobile, with little guidance or support from an A-Tech, Shop Foreman, or Team Leader. Efficient at learning to apply new vehicles and technology when concerns arise, and competent in complex mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities

Perform bumper to bumper maintenance and repair services including heavy line and engine repair. Diagnose and address drivability and engine performance concerns. Support less experienced technicians as needed.

Hyundai Technical Training Equivalency Assessment Program

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry‑recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor‑led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
