Qualifications

• Certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician with experience on Ford vehicles preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with ability to analyze complex automotive problems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on vehicles in accordance with Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify automotive issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle needs and service progress.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
