Germain Ford of Beavercreek is hiring a B-Level Automotive Service Technician in Beavercreek, OH. Starting pay is up to $40 flat rate based on experience, with a brand new 26,000 sq. ft.

Commercial Vehicle Center and the latest diagnostic tools to support high-quality repairs. As a B-Level Technician you will diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles, communicate with service advisers and customers, and log accurate service records in line with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician; Ford experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities; able to work fast-paced.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; good communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services per Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety regulations.
• Communicate with service advisers and customers about needs and progress.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
