Qualifications

• Excellent communication with service advisors and customers.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services per Germain standards.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and complete repairs efficiently.
• Keep work area clean and safe, following policies and safety rules.
• Communicate service needs and progress to customers and advisors.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure manufacturer specs are met.
