Job summary

Napleton's St. Louis Nissan is seeking a B-Level Automotive Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.

This role emphasizes building customer trust through accurate diagnostics and clear communication with the service team. The position offers competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for manufacturer certifications in a family-owned group with extensive brand exposure.

Qualifications

• Automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certification desirable.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance as outlined on repair order.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical individuals.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Keep store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
• Maintain an organized work area.
