Position Overview

As a Leasing Manager, you will oversee the entire leasing function and daily operations of the community.

• Supervise, train, and motivate leasing consultants; assist the Community Manager in hiring new team members
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure effective marketing, leasing, and financial operations
• Support marketing efforts, address leasing challenges, and develop strategies to increase occupancy
• Participate in leasing activities, including touring prospects, qualifying leads, preparing lease paperwork, and managing lease renewals to meet occupancy goals

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multi-family leasing experience
• Previous Leasing Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager, MS Word/Excel, and strong computer skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills

Work Schedule

Typically Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, with rotating weekends; hours may vary based on business needs.
