Candidates should have a bachelor's in engineering, 12+ years DoD T&E, TS clearance, TEMPs and test plans experience, and knowledge of AFI 99-103 and DoDI 5000.89.

May perform Lead Developmental Test Organization (LDTO) duties per AFI 99-103 and DoDI 5000.89.
