Job summary

2 Circle, Inc. is seeking a senior liaison to support the B-2 SPO, coordinating between engineering and structural teams on logistics and maintenance issues.

You will manage fleet health, schedule recommendations for Air Force directives, and assist in lifecycle management and system integration for B-2 sustainment. The role requires extensive experience in aircraft maintenance, program management, and reporting, with the ability to work with government stakeholders and ensure compliance and

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, production oversight, and operations.
• Strong leadership directing large, diverse teams across engineering, maintenance, and admin.
• Deep understanding of maintenance processes, flight-line ops, and training.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal regulations and DoW lifecycle concepts.
• Proficient in producing detailed reports for senior leadership and regulators.
• Active (or ability to obtain) SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programs with SPO, NIAR Labs, USAF contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on requirements, risk management, and reporting.
• Integrate maintenance and personnel considerations into scheduling.
• Advise leadership on costs, risks, and workforce impact.
• Develop assessments and actionable recommendations for sustainment.
