Qualifications

• Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in IT/CS or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3–5 years of experience administering Windows Server and Active Directory in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting or similar automation tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, including configuration, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Deploy, configure, manage, and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (compute, storage, networking, identity).
• Monitor cloud and on‑prem systems for performance, availability, reliability, and capacity; troubleshoot issues.
• Manage virtual/physical infrastructure, servers, storage, backups, and related hardware.
• Administer Active Directory services (users, computers, GPO, DNS, DHCP).
• Maintain hybrid identity with Entra ID Connect and synchronization health.
• Implement, maintain backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and infrastructure‑as‑code tooling.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity and IT teams for remediation and audits.
• Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and SOPs.
