Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure .NET Tech Lead. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee CI/CD pipeline implementations, and develop automation workflows, driving efficiency and innovation in application development and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET applications.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices are followed across all projects.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Seamlessly integrate various IT systems and applications to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Partner with development, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance existing processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Monitor applications and automation workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure their smooth and efficient operation.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead with expertise in .NET application development and Azure DevOps.
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in integrating and streamlining IT systems and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Preferred Qualifications:
