Job summary

SANROSE Information Services Inc. is seeking a senior lead developer/engineering manager for an onsite role based in Tallahassee, FL. You will guide development teams, manage complex financial or enterprise systems, and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Required is a strong background in relational databases and Microsoft technologies, with extensive experience leading projects and translating requirements into scalable solutions. In-person Tallahassee interview is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years as a lead developer or development manager.
• 8+ years with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Strong MS Visual Studio/.NET experience is highly desired.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience as a lead developer or development manager
• 8+ years of broad experience working with development technologies, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle databases or similar relational databases.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio/.NET. is highly desired

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA)

• Knowledge of terminology and concepts of relational databases, including SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio/.Net preferred.
• Knowledge of ORMs, Entity Framework, and n-Hibernate preferred.
• Experience with the development and maintenance of Software systems dealing with complex financial business processes.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
