Job summary

Novalink Solutions in Lansing, NY, seeks a seasoned Database Administrator 4 to lead SQL Server data environments, support CEPI SLDS modernization, and ensure data integrity across development, QA, pre-release, and production streams.

You will act as SME for CEPI SLDS warehouse, design data models, manage ETL pipelines, monitor performance, and coordinate changes while enforcing security and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the field.
• 8-10+ years of experience with TSQL.
• 6-8+ years of experience with ETL development.
• 5+ years of experience with PowerShell.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum.
• Experience with Azure Database services.
• Experience with SQL Data Modeling/structure.
• Experience with Extensive ETL development experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and expands data pipelines with ETL activities and data analysis.
• Maintains data dictionaries, database models, and performance tuning.
• Defines database objects using DDL and manages access via DCL.
• Creates production databases and monitors performance using database tools.
• Evaluates user requests for new data elements and ensures data integrity.
• Supports disaster recovery procedures and security standards.
