Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Data Engineer / developer with 10+ years of experience to drive data integration and reporting in a healthcare context. You will leverage Databricks and SQL to analyze requirements, generate robust reports, and refine specifications while partnering with stakeholders.

You will debug data discrepancies, contribute to design decisions, and move work at a rapid pace. Strong communication and initiative are essential; healthcare/HEDIS experience is a huge plus but not required.

• Must have 10+ years of experience as Data Engineer/Developer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks and SQL (Senior to Expert).
• Ability to analyze requirements and generate reports using Databricks/SQL.
• Strong data analysis skills to refine specifications and propose solutions.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reports.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies; fix issues from technical and domain perspectives.

Must be able to analyze the requirements, generate reports with proficiency using Dataricks /SQL
Must have strong data analysis skills to contribute to building and refining specifications, proposing solutions to development and design issues, moving the work at a rapid pace
Develop, optimize, and maintain sql queries and scripts for report generation
Ability to trouble shoot data discrepancy in-depth, analyze and fix the same (Not only from technical standpoint but from domain side in-depth)
Strong communication and customer interfacing skills
Must Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements & provide technical expertise as needed.
Strong demonstrated initiative and drive
Preferably with strong healthcare experience, HEDIS experience is a huge plus but not expected
