The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience, focusing on cloud security, and will drive the implementation of security controls and practices across their Azure environments.

Chatham values hands-on leadership and collaboration with engineering teams to integrate security into development and delivery processes, while also managing third-party penetration tests and ensuring compliance with SOC2.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in security engineering with a strong foundation in software or cloud engineering.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Azure cloud security.
• Experience securing modern application stacks and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of application security principles and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SOC2 controls and working with auditors.
