Overview

We are seeking an Azure Security Engineer to ensure proper configuration standards are met and sustained in compliance with security policy, procedures, standards, and industry requirements/best practices. As a Senior Azure Cloud Security Engineer, you will help deploy and configure a secure cloud application infrastructure that aligns with business needs. You will be responsible for engaging infrastructure, application, and security engineering stakeholders to deploy the firm’s cloud security posture and platform security mechanisms. You are expected to possess administrative and troubleshooting skills, and be knowledgeable about architecture, engineering, and design principles.

Job Functions

• Configuration and deployment of hybrid Azure Active Directory join
• Configuration and deployment of Microsoft comanagement (ConfigMgr and Intune)
• Deployment of Microsoft Anti-Virus (Defender Plan 1), including migration of policies from Symantec Endpoint Protection
• Deployment of Microsoft Endpoint detection and response (Defender Plan 2)
• Configuration for Microsoft Security software deployments to Macs via JamfPro
• Integration of Jamf Pro and Intune
• Configuration of Microsoft security software deployments to Linux hosts
• Client and configuration testing
• APIs for data sharing and operational reporting
