As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their business requirements, and effectively demonstrating and positioning the value of Redis Enterprise on Azure based solutions. You will play a crucial role in accelerating customers adoption of Azure Redis Enterprise through demonstrating technical value and influencing business decision makers. You will provide technical guidance and expertise to customers during the evaluation and adoption of Azure Redis Enterprise technologies. To be successful in this role, you must be able to collaborate with the broader sales teams to develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities of Azure Redis Enterprise. To become a trust advisor to our customers a solutions architect must have a passion to stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements to effectively communicate benefits to our customers. Additionally, a SA will need to collaborate with product teams to provide feedback and insights on customer requirements, product enhancements, and competitive landscape.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $139,200 – $195,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate's work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis' total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
