As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their business requirements, and effectively demonstrating and positioning the value of Redis Enterprise on Azure-based solutions. You will play a crucial role in accelerating customer adoption of Azure Redis Enterprise through demonstrating technical value and influencing business decision makers. You will provide technical guidance and expertise during the evaluation and adoption of Azure Redis Enterprise technologies. To succeed, you must collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and providing feedback to product teams are essential to becoming a trusted advisor for our customers.

What you'll do:

  1. Scale Customer Engagements
  • Engage with customer technical decision makers, proactively addressing needs and issues through data gathering.
  • Build credibility using your knowledge of customer context and solutions, developing technical and industry expertise.
  • Drive technical discussions to ensure wins for core technologies, and improve interactions through feedback.
  • Leverage internal resources and knowledge bases to overcome technical blockers.
  • Scale Through Partners
    • Participate in partner sell-with scenarios, facilitating technical engagements and managing the sales process collaboratively.
  • Solution Design and Proof
    • Identify and utilize demonstration assets; conduct architectural sessions and proofs of concept.
    • Present reference architectures across technologies to partners and customers.
    • Promote digital transformation sales processes.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Create a personal readiness plan, identify learning gaps, and expand domain knowledge.
    • Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate customers and colleagues about Azure Redis Enterprise solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant certifications from Redis & Microsoft Azure, with 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience.
    • 5+ years of experience with cloud/hybrid/on-premises infrastructure, architecture, migrations, and technology management.
    • Deep understanding of Data & AI fundamentals.

    The estimated annual salary range is $139,200 – $195,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Compensation includes base salary, bonuses, stock options, and benefits. Salary ranges are subject to market data and may change.
