• Analyze logs using Azure Application Insights.
• Provide on‑call support for critical issues.
• Track system health, metrics, and alerts.
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and deployments.
• Support release management and change processes.
• Suggest and implement automation and system improvements.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and known issues.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance.
