Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking an Azure Platform Engineer for a fully remote role supporting a federal payments program. You will build and scale an Azure environment, write Terraform modules, and implement observability and security guardrails in a fast-moving cloud team.

This contract-to-hire position requires US citizenship or green card, 3+ years in production Azure, and comfort with 24x7 on-call triage.

As an Azure Platform Engineer, you will be part of a growing organization building out a new Azure environment, not maintaining legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, clear communication, and a calm approach to production incidents, which will align successfully in the organization.

What you bring: 5 to 7 years supporting Azure in production. Hands‑on Terraform authoring. Azure networking and security (VNet, Private Endpoints, Key Vault, RBAC, Entra ID). GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps. PowerShell or Python. Azure Government and Azure certifications are a plus.

Requirements: US Citizen or Green Card holder with 3+ years of continuous US residence. Must pass a federal background check.
