Job summary

WISETEK PROVIDERS INC is seeking a Developer Standard III for a 6-month hybrid role based in Washington, DC. The position requires strong backend experience and a deep understanding of .NET and cloud architectures to design and deliver RESTful services and pub/sub interfaces.

The candidate will work onsite 4 days a week from Day 1, transitioning to full onsite soon, collaborate with QA and ITS teams, implement security controls, and contribute to documentation while ensuring high-quality API

Qualifications

• 8+ years in .NET backend development.
• Experience with authentication patterns in Microsoft identity.
• Strong Azure cloud experience.
• Designing RESTful APIs and messaging interfaces.
• Proficient in DevSecOps and security controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with QA and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful API services and pub/sub interfaces using .NET 8, Azure APIM, and Azure Service Bus.
• Coordinate with QA to fix bugs and stabilize functionality.
• Integrate solutions with DevSecOps and security controls.
• Collaborate with ITS teams across development and production.
• Document developed modules thoroughly.
