You will help organizations transform customer experiences, operations, and digital processes using modern applications and cloud technologies, gaining hands-on client project experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of software development, databases, APIs, cloud computing, and application architectures.
• Exposure to application development or cloud technologies through coursework, internships, projects, or personal learning.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Responsibilities

• Help organizations transform how they serve customers, improve operations, and accelerate digital innovation through modern applications and cloud technologies.
• Support diverse clients across healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
• Learn and grow under mentorship with access to certifications and hands-on client projects.
• Work with Microsoft technologies within IBM's broader consulting practice to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
