Qualifications

• Experience designing and administering Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong knowledge of security controls and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to automate with PowerShell and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure, M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and on-premises AD and DNS.
• Design and maintain Azure/hybrid infrastructure for VMs, storage, networking, and identity synchronization.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate provisioning, administration, reporting, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide Tier II/Tier III escalation support while monitoring health, performance, and uptime.
• Support migration, modernization, and cloud-hosted app initiatives across workloads and services.
• Ensure systems meet security standards and assist audits; document configurations and procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, business, and project teams for consistency and improvements.
