Job summary

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and leads in Azure Local and Hyper‑V implementations for enterprise clients. The Senior Technical Consultant translates business need into secure, scalable compute and virtualization solutions, guiding discovery, design, and delivery across engagements.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with Microsoft Azure Local, Hyper‑V, Windows Server, and data center environments, plus strong consulting and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise compute and virtualization.
• Hands-on with Hyper‑V and Windows Server.
• Experience with Azure Local or Azure Stack HCI and Arc registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery, assessment, planning, architecture, and design workshops.
• Design, deploy, upgrade, migrate, and optimize Azure Local and Hyper-V environments.
• Develop Azure Local solutions using Arc, Storage Spaces Direct, Network ATC, Failover Clustering, Windows Admin Center.
• Lead Hyper‑V failover clusters, including live migration and HA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Provide knowledge transfer and operational guidance to client and AHEAD teams.
