Responsibilities

• Maintain Azure Landing Zone operations, including management groups, policies, RBAC, and networking.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop host pools, session hosts, and user access configurations.
• Monitor service health, performance, and capacity; troubleshoot login and performance issues.
• Coordinate changes with security, architecture, and service-desk teams; provide after-action reports.
