The IT Infrastructure Engineer plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and migrating both physical and cloud-based infrastructure systems for our client through Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Responsibilities include managing Servers, Storage, IaaS platforms, and Application Delivery Platforms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure IT Infrastructure is robust, secure, and streamlines the delivery of integrated services across the organization.

Ideal Skills:

• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, WINS, cloud compute environments, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Exchange 365
• Expertise with Windows Operating Systems, including SMB/CIFS, DNS, Active Directory, WSUS, Windows Imaging WDS/MDT
• Experience with operating system lifecycle management
• Experience with consumer and enterprise operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS, Android) at scale
• Experience with IaaS platforms including VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenStack
• Ability to diagnose root causes of incidents, correlate recurring issues to systemic problems, and drive resolutions
• Familiarity with Server Platforms such as ESX, VMware, XenServer, Windows Server, Red Hat, Ubuntu, Azure, and AWS
• Server Patching and Management tools like SCCM, Ninja One, vSphere, UCS Firmware
• Disaster Recovery solutions including Site Recovery Manager, Active Directory Restore, AWS, and Azure
