We are looking for an experienced Azure Infra Ops Lead to drive cloud governance, compliance automation, identity management, and platform engineering initiatives across Microsoft Azure environments. The role requires strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, Microsoft security/governance platforms, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Policy Automation

• Design and implement automated governance and policy enforcement frameworks across Azure environments.
• Translate security and compliance requirements into scalable automated controls.
• Reduce manual operational effort through platform automation.

Microsoft Purview Engineering

• Build and enhance Microsoft Purview capabilities for data governance, classification, cataloging, and compliance reporting.
• Define standards and best practices for Purview adoption and integration.

Identity & Access Automation

• Implement self-service access management and identity governance solutions.
• Automate provisioning, deprovisioning, and access lifecycle management using least-privilege principles.
• Strengthen security using Microsoft Entra ID governance capabilities.

Continuous Compliance

• Establish continuous compliance monitoring and automation frameworks.
• Integrate compliance and security controls into engineering and deployment workflows.
• Support regulatory and certification requirements through automated reporting and validation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Azure infrastructure, governance, security, or compliance engineering.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Microsoft Azure (Azure Policy, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Networking, Compute)
  • Microsoft Entra ID & Identity Governance
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Defender & Microsoft Sentinel
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
• Experience integrating security and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and security best practices in enterprise cloud environments.
