Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cloud/Azure Infrastructure Administrator to manage Azure IaaS, ANF, and AVD environments across multiple U.S. locations, including Raleigh.

You will monitor services, enforce security with RBAC, optimize cost, and partner with network and security teams to deliver reliable cloud infrastructure for internal clients. This role requires 3-5 years of Azure experience, a relevant degree, and strong collaboration and documentation skills to drive incident response

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of systems administration experience, including 2+ years in Azure IaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS operations (VMs, networking, resource organization).
• Familiarity with incident/change management, documentation, and service delivery.
• Experience with Azure NetApp Files, snapshots, and DR concepts.
• Experience supporting Azure VMs and AVD environments.

Responsibilities

• Create/maintain Azure Resource Groups per naming/tagging standards.
• Assist with governance activities (tag hygiene, cost visibility).
• Apply least-privilege access using Azure RBAC and perform access reviews.
• Support day-to-day Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, DNS) with security teams.
• Administer ANF resources (accounts, capacity pools, volumes).
• Resize/manage ANF volumes and perform DR readiness tasks.
• Provision/maintain Azure VMs and AVD environments; patching and lifecycle tasks.
• Monitor Azure services with Monitor, Log Analytics, and Insights; alert handling.
• Triage incidents, contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cloud-workloads and storage modernization.
