Job summary

EY is seeking an Assistant Director to lead government cloud programs and deliver secure, scalable Azure Government platforms. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, translate mission needs into technology outcomes, and balance delivery quality with risk in a government and security-constrained environment.

Experience influencing product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities across multiple initiatives.
Set technical direction for Azure Government platforms.
Establish and evolve DevSecOps practices and automation.
Make informed trade-off decisions balancing speed, quality, security, risk.
Lead architecture and design efforts ensuring standards alignment.
Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management across delivery.
Influence stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution without direct authority.
