Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage Azure GCC High and Linux-based enterprise infrastructure, supporting aerospace engineering and manufacturing workloads at the Broomfield, CO facility. You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable operations.

A Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred, with 2+ years in systems/infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience may be considered.
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related systems administration, cloud administration, or infrastructure experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments, cloud platforms, Linux systems, and databases preferred.
• Experience supporting regulated environments such as aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contracting preferred.
• Willingness to obtain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure GCC High infrastructure and Linux systems.
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, and ensure ITAR, DFARS, NIST 800-171, and CMMC compliance.
• Manage Linux servers with user administration, updates, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Support HPC environments with job scheduling and resource management.
• Administer SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) with backups and maintenance.
• Implement security controls and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide tier 2/3 support for Windows, Linux, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
• Develop technical documentation and compliance evidence.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and identify reliability improvements.
