Experience and Education

• Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
• Ten years of professional information technology experience; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements

• Experience with application development and modernization.
• Experience with enterprise reference architectures and technology standards.
• Experience with API design and secure system integrations.
• Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps that align technical domains with business objectives.
• Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as TOGAF 9.x, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Experience in state or federal government environments.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms, especially Appian (case management, workflows, and regulatory systems).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, geospatial systems, or regulatory data standards.
