• Ensure code quality via automated linting, testing and static analysis.
• Rewrite Istio components to reduce technical debt.
• Tune Splunk queries to reduce TX database timeouts.
• Backfill Kubernetes test coverage for risky areas.
• Own the Kubernetes release planned by El Paso leadership.
• Enhance test automation frameworks to boost release confidence.
