Job summary

Castalia Systems seeks a Microsoft Enclave Administrator (Azure Operations Systems Administrator) to join our team in support of intelligence community customers. You will manage enclave infrastructure within Azure, maintaining application support and implementing solutions across the Azure environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Microsoft stakeholders, system monitoring, patching, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in related technology.
• Expert level systems administration in Microsoft Azure hosted environments.
• Experience supporting SAP environments (preferred).
• Experience managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Microsoft Account Delivery Executive or Microsoft Project Manager as advocate and lead.
• Enable development, deployment, and solution delivery aligned with current capabilities and directions of Microsoft products.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions with ISD technical leads and customers staff.
• Deliver technical presentations to customer staff.
• Serve as technical project lead.
• Analyze requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Lead architectural design and environment assessment.
• Monitor system health including Azure Solution Health and Azure consumption rates.
• Manage incidents and escalations for workloads and applications.
