Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, secure, and automate our Azure-based cloud infrastructure and hosting environments.

You will bridge infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable applications for clients and internal systems. You will own Azure networking, security controls, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management across development, testing, and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in Azure administration, cloud engineering, DevOps, or cybersecurity.
• Experience designing and supporting Azure environments and enterprise hosting.
• Azure certifications (Azure Administrator/Security/DevOps) preferred.
• Experience with Azure Front Door, WAF, Bastion, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute.
• Experience implementing SAST/DAST and vulnerability management.
• Experience with modern app architectures (React, Node.js, .NET) on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, secure, automate, and maintain cloud infrastructure and hosting environments.
• Own Azure networking (VNets, private endpoints, VPN, DNS, segmentation).
• Manage RBAC, identities, and least-privilege security models.
• Collaborate with software teams on secure coding practices and security controls.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability (Azure Monitor, Insights).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment and environment provisioning.
• Develop disaster recovery, high availability, and backup strategies.
• Maintain architecture docs, runbooks, and deployment procedures.
