Job summary
Merchants Fleet is seeking a visionary DevOps Manager/Lead to shape and scale our cloud-first DevOps practice. You will mentor a small team (2–5 engineers), set direction, and actively contribute to building modern Azure-based delivery platforms.
In this role you will own the DevOps strategy, design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, lead infrastructure as code efforts with ARM/Bicep/Terraform, and help modernization across our data pipelines and analytics workloads while ensuring
Qualifications
- Experience leading or managing a DevOps team
- Strong expertise in Azure and Azure DevOps
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling
- Experience with IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep)
- Familiarity with data and analytics pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake)
Responsibilities
- Lead & Grow a DevOps team (2–5 engineers)
- Own the DevOps strategy and Azure DevOps roadmap
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives
- Enable scalable delivery with reliable, secure pipelines
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
- Support data & analytics pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Snowflake)
- Advance DevSecOps & MLOps practices
- Optimize cloud performance and cost efficiency
