Job summary

DXC Technology seeks an experienced DevOps/DevSecOps engineer to design, implement, and govern Azure DevOps pipelines across the software delivery lifecycle. You will coordinate with PeopleSoft-related processes (PHIRE) and build automated checks for security and quality gates.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, repos, and integration with testing and migration activities, ensuring traceability and secure deployments across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines and automation for builds, releases, deployments, testing, and validation.
• Expand Azure Repos/Git usage for source control, branching, PRs, code reviews, tagging, and artifact management.
• Develop reusable Azure Pipelines templates, tasks, scripts, and deployment patterns across teams.
• Implement DevSecOps stage gates and quality gates to control release progression.
• Configure pipelines to halt promotion when automated tests or security checks fail.
• Integrate automated testing into Azure Pipelines and use results for release decisions.
• Integrate security scanning and validation into delivery workflows.
• Design automation connecting pipelines with configuration-management, migration, testing, security, and deployment tools.
• Develop scripts and utilities using Python, PowerShell, Bash to automate workflows.
