Job summary

Akaasa Technologies is seeking a senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join our cloud platform team in the United States. The role focuses on automating build and deployment pipelines, Azure PaaS services (Function Apps, App Service, networking, Key Vault) and scalable release workflows across multiple squads.

You will work with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Pipelines, manage production deployments, scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and multi-language apps (C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, TypeScript).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud engineering roles.
• Experience with automate and build, not just operate a console.
• Azure platform as a service expertise, including function apps, App Service, networking and Key Vault.
• GitHub Actions experience, plus Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Release engineering experience coordinating deployments across teams with shared dependencies.
• Experience running infrastructure, .NET and Maven deployments in production.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Well versed in building, running, and debugging apps in C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, TypeScript, etc.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and agile delivery practices.
