Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u seeks an Azure DevOps Engineer to support client, server, and system operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, oversee Azure cloud environments, and implement IaC using GitOps practices, while coordinating with developers to deliver stable, scalable services.

The role requires strong scripting, virtualization, and automation skills, with a willingness to work on-call and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT Systems Administration experience supporting Middleware/OS technologies.
• Three years of Linux and Windows OS experience in both physical and virtualized environments.
• Three+ years of scripting with Linux/Unix shells, PowerShell, Ansible or configuration management software.
• Extensive experience with automation scripting languages (Bash, Perl, Python).
• Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, or Xen virtualization.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Work with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
• Manage Azure cloud environments with monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Deploy and maintain Linux-based services (VMs and containers).
• Use Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices for automation.
• Assist developers to create stable, efficient delivery environments.
• Develop tools to automate common tasks and improve ops efficiency.
• Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
