Blueprint is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation across software development and AI model training workflows. You will troubleshoot complex issues, automate repetitive tasks, and support end-to-end deployment in a collaborative onsite engineering environment.

• Bachelor's degree or related technical field.
• 2+ years hands-on DevOps, CI/CD, build or release engineering.
• Strong Python programming and scripting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Experience with Git and modern source control workflows.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalents.
• Understanding of build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Ability to investigate problems and implement solutions.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, testing, validation, packaging, deployment, and release processes.
• Develop Python scripts and automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and dev environments.
• Manage source control, branching, build systems, artifacts, and release workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration automation.
• Manage dependencies, environments, credentials, secrets, and deployment settings.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and health checks.
• Troubleshoot build failures, deployments, infrastructure, and network issues.
• Improve reliability and developer productivity through automation.
• Support containerized applications and deployment environments.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and automate them.
