Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. (IMS) is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our IT team in Bolingbrook, IL. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalable, secure deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Azure DevOps: hands-on experience managing organizations, repos, pipelines and artifacts.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Azure core services (VMs, App Services, AKS, Networking, Azure SQL).
• Programming & scripting in C# and Python for automation and pipelines.
• Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Git mastery including branching strategies and PR workflows in Azure Repos.
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with databases, SQL, and CI/CD deployments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML and Classic).
• Standardize infrastructure deployments using Terraform or ARM templates.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and gates into release pipelines.
• Manage configuration across environments with Ansible, Puppet or Chef.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor and App Insights.
• Drive containerization and deployments to AKS.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across systems.
