Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across development, staging, and production environments.

You will automate infrastructure with IaC, manage Azure cloud resources, and monitor performance, security, and reliability using industry tools.

Collaborate with software and operations teams to improve deployment speed, incident response, and observability while embracing DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

3+ years of DevOps experience with cloud platforms.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.
Proficient in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools: Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
Familiar with monitoring/logging: Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor.
Strong networking, security and sysadmin fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools.
Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure for high availability.
Leverage Azure DevOps for version control, pipelines, and tracking.
Monitor performance and address issues across environments.
Collaborate to improve deployment strategies, observability, and incident response.
Track and improve DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR.
Contribute to security best practices across infra and workflows.
