About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer / Administrator to join our IT team. Reporting to the Cloud Solution Architect, you will manage and optimize our Azure DevOps environment, working closely with Application Development and Data Engineering teams to build, enhance, and administer DevOps processes, including integration with Copado for Salesforce support.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain Azure DevOps environments, including pipelines, repositories, and services.
  2. Collaborate with teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
  3. Ensure security, compliance, and best practices within Azure DevOps.
  4. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows.
  5. Assist in deploying and integrating new tools within Azure DevOps.
  6. Implement and manage Copado integration for Salesforce.
  7. Automate tasks using scripting and Azure DevOps features.
  8. Provide technical support to teams.
  9. Implement version control, branching, and release management strategies.
  10. Manage user permissions and roles.
  11. Stay updated on Azure services, DevOps trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  1. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
  2. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
  3. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  4. Experience with Copado and Salesforce DevOps processes.
  5. Understanding of security practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  7. At least 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps Engineering/Administration.
  8. Proficiency with Azure DevOps tools and services.
  9. Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  10. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  11. Scripting skills (PowerShell, YAML).
  12. Experience supporting application development, data engineering, and Salesforce teams.
  13. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
