Job summary

RiseIT Solutions is seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to provide hands-on expertise in cloud migration and end-to-end DevOps solutions. You will partner with application teams to implement best practices, automate deployments, and manage CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps and GitLab.

The role requires 4+ years in cloud infra on Azure, experience with migration workloads, and strong scripting skills (PowerShell) along with IIS configuration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience administrating and operating infrastructure on Azure cloud.
• Experience with Azure migration workloads and cloud computing.
• Experience using witadmin command-line tool.
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Proficient in automation, configuration management, deployment automation and CI/CD stacks.
• Knowledge of shell scripting (PowerShell) and IIS web configuration.
• Experience creating/managing YAML-based pipelines; Docker and Git deployments.
• Familiarity with deploy pipelines for software/services using YAML/classic pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify end-to-end DevOps solutions and best practices for application teams.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization in Azure DevOps and GitLab.
• Automate deployments, manage code repositories, and enable secure deployments.
• Develop and maintain YAML-based pipelines; monitor and optimize costs.
• Support cloud migration activities and infrastructure administration on Azure.

• An extensive background of cloud computing and Azure migration workloads
