Mandatory Skills

• Azure DevOps administration (projects, repos, pipelines, boards, artifacts)
• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST API, Bicep, ARM templates)
• Source code migration (git, repo mirroring, permissions)
• Pipeline (YAML/classic) authoring and troubleshooting
• Identity and access management (AD groups, Entra ID, service principals)
• Extension installation and agent pool configuration
• Integration setup (ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience

• Hands-on migration of ADO resources (projects, repos, pipelines, artifacts)
• Experience with large-scale, multi-team DevOps environments
