Job summary

Skywalk Global seeks a DevOps and Cloud Engineer to support VDOT ITDT tolling modernization by building secure, automated deployment processes and ensuring reliable delivery and updates of services.

You will standardize CI/CD pipelines, automate SQL deployments, implement Infrastructure as Code, and maintain compliance in government environments; collaborate with architects, developers, DBAs, and engineers to align deployments with secure networks and identity configurations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure DevOps CI/CD experience.
• SQL deployment automation integrated with CI/CD.
• IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Production Azure administration in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish reusable pipeline templates, release standards, and guardrails for compliant, repeatable deployments.
• Automate database deployment workflows (DACPAC/SQLCMD) and integrate migrations into releases.
