DIA SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps and Cloud Engineer to accelerate Tolling modernization. You will design secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for microservices and APIs, standardize release processes, and implement robust secrets management with Azure Key Vault.

The role emphasizes automation, observability, governance, and cost-awareness in a compliant government environment, with a focus on high availability and rollback strategies across Dev/QA/Prod stacks.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD (YAML & Classic).
Azure deployment of App Services, Functions, Containers, and APIs.
Secure secrets & key management with Key Vault and RBAC.
SQL deployment automation integrated with CI/CD.
Logging and observability using App Insights and pipeline logs.
IaC with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
Scripting/automation using PowerShell and/or Python.
Production-level Azure administration/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for microservices and APIs.
Establish reusable pipeline templates, release standards, and guardrails.
Implement secure secrets management in pipelines with Azure Key Vault and managed identities.
Automate database deployment workflows and migrations.
Enable blue/green or automated rollback strategies.
Monitor deployment health with App Insights and logs; troubleshoot incidents.
