Job summary

Collabera seeks an Azure DevOps Architect to govern end-to-end Azure DevOps and cloud platform solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, IaC, security controls, monitoring, and release management. Define architectures for Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure-native services to support reuse across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts).
• 7+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure architecture.
• 5+ years designing enterprise CI/CD and IaC solutions.
• Deep expertise with Terraform, including modules and state management.
• Strong experience embedding security, compliance, and identity controls.
• Advanced scripting using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Proven client-facing architectural leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern end-to-end Azure DevOps and cloud platform solutions, including CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Define, maintain, and evolve reference architectures and standards for Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Azure-native services.
• Provide architectural oversight to DevOps developers and implementation teams.
• Lead DevSecOps strategy, embedding security and compliance into pipelines and designs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and client stakeholders to translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Establish and enforce CI/CD governance, including branching, artifact management, quality gates, and release policies.
• Review and approve infrastructure designs and automation frameworks to ensure architectural integrity.
• Guide migration strategies from on-premises to Azure, including hybrid and multi-cloud approaches.
