Job summary

Deloitte seeks an Azure/Databricks Infrastructure Engineer III on the AI & Engineering team to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable Azure and Databricks environments that support analytics, AI, and enterprise data transformation.

This role includes architecture reviews, technical workshops, and delivery collaboration across cloud modernization, data platforms, and governance, with a focus on security, networking, and automation. Travel is ~50% and sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of Azure infra, platform engineering, or enterprise delivery.
• Strong hands-on Azure networking, Landing Zones, and cloud architecture.
• Experience administering Databricks, Unity Catalog, governance.
• Experience IaC: Terraform, Bicep, ARM.
• Experience CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong cloud security, networking, governance, and operations knowledge.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support Azure cloud infra and Databricks environments for enterprise clients.
• Implement Azure Landing Zones, networking, security controls across dev/test/prod.
• Configure and administer Databricks workspaces, Unity Catalog, governance, security.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, Bicep, ARM and automate with CI/CD.
• Support modernization, analytics, AI, and data transformation via reviews/workshops.
• Participate in architecture reviews, workshops, client discussions, and planning.
