Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global Inc. is seeking a Data & Analytics Platform Engineer to build and operate modern, cloud-based data platforms on Azure.

You will work on infrastructure, data services, security, and automation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making. Requirements include 5–7+ years in cloud/platform engineering, Python and SQL proficiency, and IaC with Terraform/Bicep plus DevOps in Agile environments.

Qualifications

5-7+ years Cloud Platform Engineering experience in an enterprise-level environment.
Advanced proficiency with Python, SQL, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bicep/Terraform, PowerShell.
5+ years of DevOps experience in an Agile/Scrum setting.
5+ years leading the end-to-end design and development of scalable services for enterprise use.
Excellent communication, adaptable to various audiences.
Experience in fast-paced, highly collaborative Product-oriented teams.
Security-first mindset, documentation, and presentations.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and configure Azure infrastructure (Data Factory, storage, Key Vaults, VNet, VMs).
Automate infrastructure deployment through IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
Evaluate and scale capacity within Azure environment.
Implement, monitor, and maintain cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake.
Identify cost-saving strategies for cloud services.
Balance priorities across teams with leadership mindset.
Streamline development and operations with CI, CD, automated testing and SRE practices.
Drive rapid resolution of outages and performance issues.
Design solutions leveraging serverless, containers, and data lakes.
